Flutterbies

I’ve just been in an intensive workshop for 7 days. If I had to sum up my greatest learning from that time it would be that we are all butterflies with spectacular wings. Yet we cannot see our own colours. Think about it, a butterfly can’t see just how spectacular it’s wings really are.

At the workshop I had the privilege of coaching most of the participants one-on-one, and it was that common theme that kept coming through – I could see their spectacular colours in such vividness, yet they were laregly stumped as to what magical ‘colours’ the rest of us can see on their wings.

{Insert dodgie True Colours 80’s song by Cindy Lauper….”true colours, true colours are shining through, I see your true colours, and that’s why I love you………..”}

So, here is the rant – put yourself in an environment where you are regularly reminded of your spectacularness (new word of the week 😉 AND GET A COACH who is awesome at letting you know, discovering and translating what that spectacularness is, how you can use it and how I can be there as a backstop to prod you (gently, with my magic wand of course) when you forget.

Not once, not twice, but continuously.

On a personal note I need to do the same with one of my coaches……to ring up and book in my personal trainer again, like forever. Funny, as it works when I go regularly and have that team to back me. Juuuust like coaching 🙂 Here comes the wand! Wonder if it works on kettle bells 😉

As always, if you are ready to receive ongoing coaching, to bust the bits that are holding you back or the bits that don’t make sense – even if at an unconscious level – see your brilliant colours, GET A PAYRISE, feel / look / sound / be different, and are keen to tap into a support team ready to challenge you to where you need to go then you know where to find me…………HH

And who else do you know that likes thinking & questioning? Plus being the best that they can be WHILST KICKING BUTT IN THEIR CAREER and delivering massive value? Well forward this on and invite them into the community 🙂
