I was at a meeting earlier this week and we were asked what did we think about the Oz Govm’t – we had 6 seconds to share, and basically those 6 seconds made it very clear on what each individual thought about politics here in Oz. Succinctly. It’s amazing what beliefs come out of your mouth in that short space of time!

Which got me thinking about other systems in the world and what I admired about theirs. The one I have had the most experience with is China. Yes planned economies can limit growth and advancement of a country but I tell you what, the power of their 5 year plans blows me away.

So where can we apply this long-term planning aspect in our own lives?

My question to you, to ponder for this week is:

– If you planned your career to the extent that you planned your holidays, imagine where you could be and what you could achieve……
