What fills your body with such excitement that it opens a smile deep in your soul?

I am currently living one of mine – travel. Especially in sunnier climes!!! It just satiates me to a state that is not reached by many other means. I sleep deeply. I have a spring in my step. My eating patterns & choices really serve my body. I always have an avalanche of new ideas to implement when I get home and I really feel connected and stimulated. I think a couple of the big things for me are that I live more kairologically. And I’m living key values of mine.

It may be surprising for some, but I always feel very close to my loved ones when I travel as I am constantly talking to them in my head; pondering what they would be enjoying and observing, what would make them laugh, what would impress them, and of course sharing new experiences together. Little do they know they should be thanking me for all these frequent flier miles and offering to contribute to the next travel fund 😉

Only for tourists?!?

On the way to Europe I was reflecting on why I haven’t been for many years. I’ve really held myself back with regards to travel in the past few years as I was so far out of balance in other values of my life. When I returned home after 10 years abroad I was missing key financial, support & learning values of mine which was putting me under a lot of stress.  It’s taken a while to identify what was out of balance, play catch-up and put new systems in place, but it’s been worth it as the space that I can travel in now is honoring my values scale better. Sure there are always places for improvements and tweaks. But as long as I am clear on the bigger picture, curious & filtering for lessons, they can be tweaked on the go whilst I enjoy the journey.

So what facilitates a smile deep within your soul? Am curious to know. And am curious as to when you are next allowing yourself to experience it….
