I discovered a new word this week; zymurgy. Which is the science or study of fermentation.

Fermentation produces many things, wine being one of them and vinegar being another.

Are you fermenting and distilling high level thinking or low level thinking right now?

My suggestion to you over this week as a new season approaches is:

~ to catch yourself on a low level thinking moment and ask yourself how did you create this. By taking responsibility and really identifying the cause and the reasons behind something you are able to learn from it, move on and shift into a new gear. Choose which gear you are getting on the freeway with and zoom zoom zoom 🙂
